If you are worried about swine flu please check your symptoms online at NHS Choices or phone the Swine Flu Information Line for the latest advice 08001513513.

If you think you may have swine flu stay at home and telephone the surgery to speak to a Doctor. If you need medication arrange for a healthy friend or relative to collect your prescription from the surgery.

Emergencies
In case of an emergency please telephone the surgery on 0118 9595200

During surgery hours please give the details clearly to the receptionist emphasising that it is an emergency. Out of hours please listen carefully to the recorded message which will inform you of the WESTCALL, on call emergency co-operative, telephone number with whom we work.

Appointments can be made to see a Doctor on the same day you request an appointment and can be made in person or on the telephone
