- Give an informal and personal service.

Our Commitment To You:
- Emergencies seen on the same day
- Repeat prescriptions within 72 hours (if your medication review is not overdue)
Dr Dean has retired on the 30th of September 2016 after many decades of dedicated service to the NHS. We hope you will join us in wishing him a happy retired life. Dr.Ahmed has been joined by Dr.Balaji as a partner from the 1st of October 2016 and they hope to carry on the ethos of the practice.
Melrose Surgery is undergoing major refurbishment works since December 2016. You might have noticed the new reception layout and additional consulting rooms are being built. Please bear with us during this period of inconvenience.
This increase in capacity will allow us to combine with another local practice and give us the opportunity to provide you with better access and additional services - further information to follow.
It would be useful if you could provide us with your up-to-date email address, so that we can keep you informed about the latest news and developments on a regular basis.
We are very pleased to say that our surgery has been inspected by the CQC on the 12th October 2016 and has been awarded "GOOD" across all five categories for being safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.
