  • Emergencies seen on the same day
  • Non-emergency patients seen within 48 hours.
  • Repeat prescriptions within 48 hours.

There are two practices within our surgery building and the information on this website applies only to Dr Dean. Our reception is situated on the left hand side as you enter the building.

Emergencies
In case of an emergency during surgery hours please telephone the surgery on 0118 9595200 and give the details clearly to the receptionist emphasising that it is an emergency.

Out of surgery hours please telephone 111. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.

Appointments
Appointments can be made to see a Doctor on the same day you request an appointment and can be made in person or on the telephone

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.
