Making An Appointment

Appointments can be made to see a Doctor on the same day you request an appointment and can be made in person or on the telephone.

If you want to see a specific Doctor you may have to wait until they are next in surgery.

If you do not want to be seen on the same day appointments can be pre- booked, in advance, for the first hour of every week day morning surgery or the last two appointments of the day. Remember to cancel your appointment if you cannot make it.

Appointments can be made to see the Nurses by booking in advance.

Online Appointments

We also provide a service that gives patients internet access to the practice to book, cancel or check appointments, change address details, order repeat prescriptions,leave messages on the web. This service can also be accessed via digital TV. To use this facility please ask one of our Receptionists for a registration form.

Telephone Advice

The Doctor are quite prepared to give telephone advice where appropriate. If you would like to speak to the Doctor for advice then please telephone the surgery.

Home Visits

If you are too ill to attend the surgery and need a home visit please try and telephone before 10am. This helps the Doctor to plan his rounds efficiently. If you feel the problem is urgent please tell the receptionists so that they can pass you straight through to the Doctor.
