This practice is a member of the Medical Research Council’s General Practice Research Framework. If the practice takes part in a study your name address and age, as recorded on our practice computer, may be passed to the Medical Research Council.

The information will remain confidential and be used only to choose a sample of patients whom we would then contact to ask whether they would consider helping with some of the research.

You would be free to refuse to help without your medical care being affected

Emergencies
In case of an emergency during surgery hours please telephone the surgery on 0118 9595200 and give the details clearly to the receptionist emphasising that it is an emergency.

Out of surgery hours please telephone 111. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.

Appointments
Appointments can be made to see a Doctor on the same day you request an appointment and can be made in person or on the telephone

Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.
